摘要
目的探讨马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波对会阴侧切裂开伤口的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008~2013年甘肃省人民医院105例会阴侧切后伤口裂开患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组53例,对照组52例,观察组患者采用马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波治疗,对照组患者采用单纯清创消毒加红霉素眼药膏外敷。比较两组伤口愈合时间、愈合率及感染率。结果观察组患者愈合时间、感染率（0）明显低于对照组[11.54%（6/52）],伤口愈合率[100%（53/53）]高于对照组[71.15%（37/52）]（P〈0.05）。结论马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波对产科会阴侧切裂开伤口及感染伤口促愈合治疗效果明确,方法简单,时间短,并发症少。
Objective To explore the effect of Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with ultrashort wave on dehiscence wound of lateral episiotomy. Methods 105 patients with dehiscence wound of lateral episiotomy in People＇s Hospital of Gansu Province from 2008 to 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,patients in observation group（ 53 cases） were treated by Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with ultrashort wave,patients in control group（ 52 cases） were treated by debridement disinfection combined with erythromycin eye ointment external application. The healing time,healing rate and infection rate were compared between two groups. Results The healing time and infection rate（ 0） of observation group were lower than that of control group[11. 54 %（ 6 /52） ],healing rate of observation group[100 %（ 53 /53） ] were higher than that of control group[71. 15 %（ 37 /52） ]（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with ultrashort wave had a confirmative effect on dehiscence wound of lateral episiotomy,and has benefits of simple,short time,fewer complications.
