摘要
工业机器人的可靠性主要受其设计、制造、维护过程中多个因素的影响,但对其每个过程的研究来说是比较复杂的,而设计因素在整个稳定性系统中处于首要环节。本文旨在对工业机器人设计过程中的可靠性问题做一个比较全面、系统地分析,这对工业机器人的设计来讲具有一定的参考价值。
The reliability of industrial robot is mainly affected by the design, manufacture, multiple factors in the maintenance of the impact, but is more complicated to study each process, and design factors in the first link in the whole stability system. This paper aims to make a more comprehensive and systematic analysis of the reliability problems in design process of industrial robots, this robot for industrial design has a certain reference value.
