摘要 床身是卧式加工中心的主要承载部件,其动态性能对整机动态性能影响显著。建立了床身的简化实体模型,基于Hyper Mesh进行了网格划分,建立床身的有限元模型,分析计算了床身的前六阶固有频率与振型;根据正交试验原则,构建了床身拓扑优化的正交试验表,并以保持床身各阶固有频率分布情况不发生明显变化为前提,进行床身的拓扑优化试验研究,对床身轻量化设计方法进行了探究;最后,根据拓扑优化分析结果,提出了床身的结构优化方案,且结果表明:优化后的床身固有频率分布未发生显著变化,优化后床身质量较优化前减小了3.8%。 The bed of the Horizontal Machining Center plays an important role in supporting the key parts such as the workbench and the pillar, and It's dynamic performance has significantly influence on the dynamic performance of the Horizontal Machining Center. On the basis of three-dimensional solid model, the finite element model of bed was created by Hyper Mesh, and the bed's first 6 order natural frequency and vibration model was carried out. Based on the principle of orthogonal test, the topology optimization orthogonal experiment table of bed at different working conditions was created, and on the premise that natural frequencies remain largely unchanged, topology optimization research was carried out on the bed, the structure optimization scheme of bed is proposed. The result shows that the inherent frequency distribution of bed has not changed significantly and the total weight of bed decreased by 3.8% after the optimization.
