摘要
目的:探讨改良法白内障囊外摘除术的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的88例(116眼)白内障患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为传统组和改良组,每组44例。传统组采用传统白内障囊外摘除术合并人工晶体植入术,改良组采用改良法白内障囊外摘除术。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术后视力恢复情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果:改良组的手术时间(68.6±10.5)min明显短于传统组的(85.6±11.5)min,术后并发症发生率13.6%(6/44)明显低于传统组的31.8%(14/44),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前的矫正视力比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组术后的矫正视力较手术前有所提高,而改良组的术后矫正视力明显优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良后的白内障囊外摘除术既有切口小、手术时间短、术后并发症少的优势,又能够有效改善患者的视力状况,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified method of extracapsular cataract extraction surgery.Method：88 cataract patients（116 eyes） in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected,they were divided into the traditional group and the modified group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The traditional group was given traditional extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation,the modified group was given the modified method of extracapsular cataract extraction surgery.The operative time, recovery of visual acuity and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The operative time of the modified group was （68.6±10.5）min,which was significantly shorter than （85.6±11.5）min of the traditional group,the incidence of postoperative complications of the modified group was 13.6%（6/44）,which was significantly lower than 31.8%（14/44） of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in corrected visual acuity before surgery between the two groups（P〉0.05）,the corrected visual acuity of the two groups after surgery were improved compared with before surgery,and the corrected visual acuity of the modified group after surgery were significantly better than the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Modified extracapsular cataract extraction not only has small incision,shorter operative time,less postoperative complications advantages,and can effectively improve eyesight condition of patients,is worthy of popularization in clinical.
