掌侧锁定钢板与石膏制动治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效比较 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较掌侧锁定钢板和石膏制动治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效。方法 63例骨质疏松性桡骨远端关节内骨折患者,35例采用掌侧锁定钢板固定治疗(手术组),28例采用手法复位后石膏制动治疗(保守组),对两组进行临床及影像学随访。结果末次随访结果显示,手术组腕关节屈伸活动、旋前及旋后活动、握力及DASH评分显著优于保守组(均<0.05)。结论掌侧锁定钢板是治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端关节内骨折的有效方法,能够获得更好的腕关节活动度、握力及功能。
