摘要
介绍了某钢铁生产基地1号1 800 mm双流板坯连铸机的主要技术参数,工艺流程和液压振动、结晶器在线调宽、连续矫直与连续弯曲、二冷动态配水及喷嘴幅切、动态轻压下、铸流电磁搅拌等关键技术及设备设计特点。生产实践表明,设备运行良好,铸坯表面无缺陷、内部质量优良,各项指标达到设计要求。
The technological parameters,process flow,applicable key technique and technological design features of twostrand slab continuous caster such as the hydraulic oscillation, mould on-line adjustable width, continuous straightening and bending, dynamic secondary cooling and nozzle scope adjusting, dynamic soft reduction, secondary cooling electromagnetic stirring etc. were described. Proven by the production, both shape/size of slab and the surface/internal quality were very good and all kinds of metallurgical indicators met the design requirements.
