摘要
船用拉杆油缸的设计过程中,关键的技术是结构的稳定性和密封的可靠性。采用ANSY有限元分析软件设计了拉杆油缸的缸筒、活塞杆、端盖和活塞杆的密封结构,分析计算的强度和刚度、密封件的耐压载荷都满足实际使用要求,通过对油缸的静态性能试验和耐久性试验,验证了油缸设计过程的完整性。该设计技术流程可供同类油缸设计参照。
During the design of marine pull rod hydraulic cylinder, the key technology is structure stability and reliability of the seal. This paper describes that ANSYS finite element analysis software is used in the design of pull rod hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, end cap and piston rod sealing structure. In accordance with the calculation and analysis results, their strength, stiffness and the anti-pressure load of sealing parts all meet the requirements for practical use. Through the static performance test and durability test of the cylinder, the integrity of the design process is validated. This design technical process could be taken for reference by the design of similar cylinder types.
