摘要 自升式钻井平台的海水管路系统较传统船舶繁复,平台中相关设备布置分散,对海水的需求工况差异大,一般的管路系统设计计算方法已无法满足设计要求。采用AFT流体分析软件,针对钻井平台的整个管网系统的设备供水点,结合各种工况及相应的技术要求,初步设计管网系统的流量分配,进行流体平衡分析,对流量不足的供水点进行优化设计并验证,取得符合相应设备对应工况需求的流量分配。AFT软件深化了钻井平台海水系统的设计流程,提高了工效并节约工程成本。 The seawater pipeline systems of the jack-up drilling platforms are more complicated than those on conventional ships, as the equipments on platforms are distributed dispersedly, and their operation conditions required for seawater are very different. Therefore the common pipeline system design and calculation methods cannot meet the design requirements. While using AFT fluid analysis software, and in combination with different operation conditions and relevant technical requirements of equipment water supply points of the whole system on the platform, this paper studies the design of pipeline system flow rate distribution, makes fluid balance analysis, and performs design optimization and validation for water supply points of insufficient flow rate so as to obtain the required flow distribution for the equipments. AFT software may deepen the drilling platform seawater system design process, improve work efficiency and save engineering cost.
