摘要
基于三位势流理论,根据《国内航行海船法定检验技术规则2011》中有关半潜船沉浮作业工况外界环境条件要求,应用2012年《钢质海船入级规范》及2014年修改通报要求的波浪载荷直接计算方法,对半潜船沉浮作业过程的波浪动载荷,以及波浪诱导加速度导致的甲板货物动载荷进行计算,为半潜船沉浮作业工况的结构设计提供较为准确的外载荷依据,并为规范的修订提供技术支撑。
The external dynamic loads of the semi-submersible vessel during the submersible operations are studied based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory.According to the statutory requirements about the external environmental conditions for semi-submersible vessel in Legal Inspection Rules For International Navigation Sea Vessel,and the wave loads direct calculation methods stated in the Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships,the dynamic wave loads and cargo loads of semi-submersible vessel during the submersible operations are calculated,so as to provide more accurate external loads for structure design of semi-submersible vessel,and technical support for revising the specification.
