摘要
对舰船上平面典型管路系统按减振元件、支撑方式、连接方式、穿舱方式等进行分类,建立有限元模型,计算抗冲击性能极限状态下的主要影响因素及边界值。建立包括材料选取原则、元器件布置原则、连接方法选用原则在内的管路抗冲击设计原则,以便于工程应用。
The plane typical piping system of ships and warships was classified according to having damping component or not,ways of support,connection and through the bulkhead.The main influence factors and boundary value under the limit of shock resistance are calculated by FEM respectively.For the sake of engineering application,a design principle of impact resistant pipeline is established according the numerical value analysis,consist of the principles of material selection,component placement and connection method.
