摘要
为了降低船舶空调通风管路的振动噪声,利用理论估算、数值计算等手段,对SID型隔声阻尼带自身的声学性能以及在典型空调通风管路系统中的实际应用效果进行预报,分析结果表明,5 mm隔声阻尼带的应用插入损失效果为5.2 d B,厚度增加效果增大,实际应用收益良好。
In order to reduce vibration and noise of air conditioning and ventilation pipe system,the acoustic performance of SID sound insulation damping coating and sound insulation effect of the practical application in a typical air conditioning and ventilation pipe system is forecasted and analyzed by engineering estimation method and numerical method.The results show that the insertion loss of coating is 5.2dB with thickness of 5 mm in sound insulation damping coating.The effect becomes better when the SID sound insulation damping coating is thicker.
