摘要
对散货船海水冷却系统中使用的原材料——铜-镍合金管(B10)进行物理性能、化学性能及焊接性分析,结合焊接工艺试验制定出焊接及生产工艺,以满足散货船建造中海水冷却系统的施工要求。
The physical properties,chemical properties and welding abilities of the Copper-Nickel alloy pipe（B10）,which is used in the sea water cooling system of a bulk carrier,are analyzed.In light of the welding procedure test,the detailed welding procedure and workmanship for workshop are proposed to satisfy the requirement of construction of sea water cooling system for bulk carriers.
