麝香保心丸治疗频发早搏51例 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗频发早搏的疗效。方法:将96例频发早搏患者随机分成治疗组51例和对照组45例,对照组给予倍他乐克缓释片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。结果:治疗组在有效率、消除早搏、改善临床症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组改善心率变异性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸治疗频发早搏疗效显著,麝香保心丸与倍他乐克合用可有效增加其治疗早搏的作用,改善心率变异性和倍他乐克引起的窦性心动过缓。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill for treating frequent premature beats. Methods: 96 cases with frequent premature beats were randomized into treatment group( 51 cases) and control group( 45 cases). Control group were given oral administration of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets,while treatment group were additionally given Shexiang Baoxin Pill. Results: The total effective rate,elimination of premature beats,and improvement of the clinical symptoms in treatment group were better than these in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Shexiang Baoxin Pill has noticeable effect on frequent premature beats; the combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets can increase the effect,improve heart rate variability and the sinus bradycardia induced by Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets.
