摘要
基于ANSYS软件,建立冷凝器模型,采用了静力学和动态分析法,对冷凝器抗冲击能力进行了X,Y,Z 3个方向的仿真。分析计算出设备受X,Y,Z 3个方向冲击时的应力响应结果,为该型设备的结构设计及抗冲击能力分析的方法选取提供了参考。
Based on the ANSYS environment,the condenser model was set up and the condenser impact resistant capability was simulated in X,Y,Z directions,adopting the statics analysis and dynamic analysis methods. By this,we got the stress response results of this type of equipment in X,Y,Z directions at the time of impact. Besides,the paper provided the structual design method and the impact resistant capability analysis way of this type of equipment for reference.
