高压电烧伤对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响 被引量:1

The effect of experimental high-voltage electrical burn on blood coagulation in rats

摘要 目的探讨高压电烧伤对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法将120只SD大鼠随机分为假高压电烧伤组(简称对照组)、高压电烧伤组(简称电伤组),每组又随机分为电伤前15 min、电伤后5 min内、电伤1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h 6个时相组,每个时相组10只大鼠。测定每只烧伤SD大鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib-C)水平及血小板(PLT)数量的变化。结果 SD大鼠在高压电烧伤后PT、TT、APTT时间明显缩短,至伤后8 h PT、TT、APTT时间低于对照组时间。而Fib-C、PLT数量在烧伤后5 min即明显升高,至伤后8 h其浓度仍逐渐上升。结论高压电烧伤严重影响SD大鼠的凝血功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of experimental high- voltage electrical burn on blood coagulation in female rats. Methods 120 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into the fake high- voltage burn group( the control group),high-voltage electrical burn group( the experimental group). Each group was randomly divided into electrical burn before 15 min,electrical injury 5 min,electrical injury 1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h,in each of which there were 10 rats. Determining phase prothrombin time( PT),thrombin time( TT),activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT),fibrinogen( Fib- C) and blood platelet( PLT).Results After burns,PT,TT,APTT time was significantly shorter after the SD rats were electrical burnt by high- voltage,and its time in the experimental group after eight hours was still shorter than that in the control group. The amount of Fib- C and PLT increased significantly higher in the next 5 min after high- voltage electrical burn,until 8 h,the concentration of which were still reaching higher. Conclusion High- voltage electrical burn has serious effect on the thromboplastin function of SD rats.
