摘要
目的探讨经直肠超声联合增强CT扫描对直肠癌术前分期的临床价值。方法选取69例直肠癌患者,分别行经直肠超声及增强CT扫描,并同术后直肠癌病理T、N分期结果作对照,分析经直肠超声联合增强CT扫描对直肠癌术前T分期及N分期的诊断准确率。结果经直肠超声诊断直肠癌术前T分期准确率高于增强CT扫描,经直肠超声联合增强CT扫描诊断直肠癌T分期准确率高于单独经直肠超声及增强CT扫描,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。经直肠超声诊断直肠癌术前N分期准确率高于增强CT扫描,经直肠超声联合增强CT扫描诊断准确率高于单独经直肠超声及增强CT扫描,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论经直肠超声联合增强CT扫描可提高直肠癌术前分期的诊断准确率,为临床评估病情、选择治疗方案提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the transrectal ultrasound combined with contrast enhanced CT scan in preoperative staging of rectal cancer and the clinical value. Method 69 cases of patients with ractal were selected and underwent transrectal ultrasound and enhanced CT scan, and compared the T, N results with the postoperative pathological staging of rectal cancer. Analysed of transrectal ultrasound combined with contrast enhanced CT scan in preoperative diagnosis of rectal cancer T staging and N staging accuracy. ResultTransrectal ultrasound in diagnosis of colorectal cancer T staging accuracy was higher than that of contrast enhanced CT scan, transrectal ultrasound combined with enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of rectal cancer T staging accuracy was higher than that of single application of transrectal ultrasound and enhanced CT scan, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of preoperative N staging accuracy was higher than that of contrast enhanced CT scan, transrectal ultrasound combined with contrast enhanced CT scan diagnosis accurate rate was higher than the single application of transrectal ultrasound and enhanced CT scan, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound combined with contrast enhanced CT scan in preoperative staging of rectal cancer can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis, provide an important basis for evaluating the state of illness and treatment options.
