摘要
目的:评价迪瑞FUS-2000全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称FUS-2000)检测管型的性能及影响因素。方法:对25212例患者尿液标本用FUS-2000初筛,每份标本均进行图像审核,记录图像审核前后管型阳性例数,以手工显微镜法为标准,计算管型假阳性率及假阴性率并分析影响因素。结果:FUS-2000图像审核前管型阳性1081例,图像审核后阳性512例,图像审核前后的假阳性率分别为57.2%、9.5%,二者有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。引起假阳性的主要因素为:粘液丝、成团的非晶形盐类及上皮细胞,三者共构成引起假阳性因素的86.1%。假阴性率为3.1%,引起假阴性的主要因素为管型形状不典型。结论:受技术所限FUS-2000检测管型必须进行图像审核,对于异常难辨认的标本要用手工显微镜法进行确认。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of FUS -2000 automatic urine sediment analyzer and analyse the related factors. Methods:A total of 25212 samples detected by FUS -2000 analyzer were amended by image and affirmed by microscopy. Cast positive results were counted before and after image amendment. The false positive rate and the false negative rate were calculated by manual microscopy. Results:Among the 25212 samples,1081were positive before amendment and 512 were positive after amendment. The false positive rate were 57. 2% and 9. 5% respectively. There were remarkable difference between image amendment and non - amendment. And the main factors of false positive rate were viscose rayon,non - crystal urate and epithelial cell. The false negative rate of cast was 3. 1% and out - of - shape cast was the main agent. Conclusion:When cast could be found in urine by FUS - 2000,the image amendment was necessary because of the limit of detection principle and technology. And the manual microscopy should be used for abnormal illegible cases.
