摘要
设计并搭建了连铸二冷气雾射流热态传热实验装置,实现了连铸二冷试样冷却过程的实验室模拟。通过布置在试样内部的热电偶测得的温度值,利用一维非稳态导热反问题计算方法反算表面温度和表面热流密度。结果表明:试样冷却过程表面热流密度基于水的沸腾机理,随喷射表面温度呈阶梯变化,其表面温度为656℃时,表面热流密度到达最大值2.25×106W/m2。
The thermal state heat transfer experimental facility of continuous casting secondary cooling aerosol jet flow was designed and set up, and the laboratory simulation of it was realized. The surface temperature and surface heat flux density were inverse calculated by the temperature values measurement adopting thermocouple lay out sample inside and using one-dimension unsteady state heat conduction inverse problem computing method. The results show that the surface heat flux density has a step change with the jet surface temperature changes based on the mechanism of water boiling, the maximum value of surface heat flux density reaches to 2.25×10^6 W/m2 when the surface temperature is 656℃.
