摘要
目的通过对柳州市2013年艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的流行病学特征分析,为下一步柳州市防治艾滋病＂攻坚工程＂提供科学依据。方法对柳州市2013年艾滋病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果柳州市2013年共报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人1341例,其中HIV 823例,报告死亡病例497例。全市6县5区均有病例报告,2013年新报告病例以男性为主,共1030例,占71.98%,男女比例为2.6：1;年龄以20~59岁年龄组为主,占72.19%;职业以农民为主,占63.38%;传播途径以异性传播为主,占94.13%。结论柳州市艾滋病传播主要以性传播途径为主,虽然比2012年有所下降,但是仍保持较高发病水平,防治形势仍然很严峻。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of HIV / AIDS in Liuzhou city of 2013,and to provide the scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control of crucial project. Methods Analysis on the epidemiological features of the HIV / AIDS epidemic information. Results A total of 1341 HIV / AIDS were reported in Liuzhou of 2013,which 823 cases were HIV,and 497 cases have been dead. 6 counties and 5areas have cases reported in the city,newly reported cases were mainly male in 2013,a total of 1030 cases,accounted for 71. 98%,the gender ratio of 2. 6： 1; Ages were mainly of 20 to 59 years old age group,accounted for 72. 19%; occupation were mainly farmers,accounted for 63. 38%; The heterosexual transmission is the major spread,accounted for 94. 13%. Conclusions Sexually transmission is the mainly spread way for HIV in Liuzhou,although it has declined from 2012,the epidemic situation of AIDS still maintaining high level,the situation of HIV / AIDS prevention and control is still grim.
