摘要
以中国政府当前大力推行开展校园足球活动工作的背景为依据,以新中国建立以来在足球运动发展过程中曾经存在的青少年足球发展问题为历史借鉴,并结合对2009年以来我国校园足球运动开展过程中曾经出现过的问题进行反的思基础上提出了未来我国校园足球发展过程中应当在如下方面确立正确的发展观念:1)认真竖立起想要踢球好先要做人好,会踢球的孩子更聪明的教育观念;2)要积极思索进取超越、避免简单跟随他人的作法;3)要充分注意始终坚持校园足球活动的高质量意识;4)要防止青少年儿童校园足球活动成为形式足球、节日足球、仪式足球;5)既要积极学习国外先进经验,更要有确定清晰的"中国足球发展的道路方向";6)要杜绝"只顾眼前成绩,不思未来发展"违背规律的做法;7)要正确认识"以人为本、科学训练"杜绝"娇骄二气";8)要抓紧抓好校园足球活动开展的人才队伍的核心力量建设;9)政府职能部门之间要有相互支持相互协调正确发挥其职能及功能的大局观;10)要认真贯彻扎实落实党和国家对于开展足球运动的批示要求。
Based on historical reference of problems in teenager soccer development after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China and rethinking of problems which occurred in China school soccer movement after2009,this paper pointed out 10 right development ideas in future China school soccer in the background of Chinese government＇s present zest.These ideas are：1） Build up the education conception of behavior firstly;2）Think actively rather than simply copy other methods;3） Insist high quality standard;4） Prevent teenager school soccer activity becoming perfunctory football,festival football or ritual football;5） Not only learn foreign outstanding experience actively,but also have a clear China soccer development way;6） Do not focus on present but without future;7） Correct understanding of taking man as foundation and scientific training,eliminate pride and finicky;8） Stress priority over talent team construction;9） Government sections should have a full view of the situation and support and cooperate with each other;10） Conscientiously implement the indication of developing soccer from Communist Party of China and Government.
