摘要
性骚扰在中国正在成为一个越来越引人关注的问题,但是对于体育运动领域中性骚扰在我国还没有引起足够的认知与重视。通过文献资料法,就目前国外研究对体育运动中性骚扰的界定与范畴、现状与影响、危害及防范进行了梳理与探讨;并在生理决定论、体育运动的文化特质、组织权力关系理论、女性主义视野以及道德本体论5个框架下讨论了体育运动场域内性骚扰产生的特定因素及理论认知;同时,在介绍国外实践研究的基础上总结归纳了受害个体应对性骚扰的方式和防止性骚扰的途径。认为体育领域中性骚扰的实质是一种体育运动的性别等级制与权力关系的折射,要防止性骚扰在体育运动中的发生,既需要法规制度上健全完善,也需要道德和舆论的监督,更需要破除体育运动中的权力和等级文化。有必要将国外体育运动性骚扰的相关研究进行梳理与引介,以促进我国相关领域的研究。
Sexual harassment has become a significant problem in Chinese society,however,in the field of sport,it is still ignored without enough attention.Through the literature research,this article reviewed the concept,situation and impacts,harm and prevention of sexual harassment in sport from the studies which were carried out overseas.From five theoretical frameworks,which are physical determinism,sports culture,organization power relation theory,feminist perspective and Moral Ontology,the empirical researches explored the specific factors that cause the sexual harassment in sport,the ways those individual responses to it,and the approach to prevent sexual harassment in sport.This paper argued that the nature of sexual harassment is hierarchy and gender power relations of sport.To prevent sexual harassment in sport,we need legal and institutional supports,moral concern and supervision,most importantly the elimination of the power and hierarchy in sport culture.It is necessary to analyze the foreign researches of sexual harassment for promoting its development in China.
