摘要
电大开放教育的"双证"教学模式在实施中并不顺利,教学、考试和证书申请等方面还存在着诸多问题,在向开放大学转型的过程中,电大要把"双证"教学模式推行下去,需要改革现行管理体制,加强教师队伍建设,加强学生管理,加强教学质量监控,提高"双证"教学质量。
The teaching mode of＂double certificate＂in open education in the radio and TV university is not going well in practice,and there are still a lot of problems in teaching,examination and certificate application.In the process of transformation to the open university,in order to carry out the＂double certificate＂teaching mode,it needs to reform the current management system,strengthen the construction of teachers,the management of students and the monitoring of teaching quality,and improve the teaching quality of＂double certificate＂.
