摘要
素质教育是一项非常庞大的社会系统工程,它需要社会、学校、教师、家长、学生的共同努力。笔者认为,在以上诸多因素当中,教师起着重要的主导作用。论文从三个方面论述了教师在素质教育中的主导作用:首先,素质教育的目标决定了教师的主导作用;其次,从知识、能力、素质的辩证关系看教师的主导作用;再次,新的教学模式的建立有赖于教师。因此要将师资队伍建设作为整个系统工程中极为重要的一环,只有抓好这一环,才能收到素质教育的实效。
Implementing the education for all-round development is a very huge social system engineering.It needs society ,school,teacher,parents and students'joint efforts to implement the education for all-round development.In the author's opinion,the teacher played an important role in implementing the education for all-round development.The article expounded the teachers' leading role in the education for all-round development from three respects.The author think that only making the construction of teacher's team as an important part of the whole system enginering could the education for all-round development receive the actual effect.
