摘要
目的研究玻璃纤维桩在严重缺损牙齿修复中的应用。方法选取2012年9月—2013年9月该院口腔科收治的38例严重牙齿缺损患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组利用玻璃纤维桩进行修补,对照组患者利用金属桩进行修补,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者经治疗后有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组患者65.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患者未出现牙周变色,对照组5例患者出现牙周变色现象(25.0%)。结论在修复严重缺损的牙齿中,利用玻璃纤维桩修补效果明显高于金属桩的修补效果,是值得在临床中应用的。
Objective To study the application of glass fiber post in restoring severe dental defect. Methods 38 cases of patients with sever dental defect admitted in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from September, 2012 to September, 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group adopted glass fiber post for repair, and the control group used metal post for repair. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After treatment,the effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.45%, significantly higher than 65.0% of the patients in the control group（P〈0.05）. Tooth discoloration did not occur in the patients of the observation group, while that occurred in 5 cases of the control group（25.0%）. Conclusion For restoring severe dental defect, the repairing effect of glass fiber post is significantly higher than that of the medal post, which is worthy of clinical application.
