摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预应用在ICU危重患者发生腹胀的效果及应用价值。方法选择我院ICU收治的危重患者并发腹胀94例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予ICU常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,观察2组护理效果。结果观察组腹胀持续时间、肠鸣音次数、焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用在ICU病房发生腹胀的危重患者中能够缩短腹胀持续时间,提高肠鸣音活跃程度,减少并发症发生,减轻患者负性情绪,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the negative emotion and condition of severe patients with abdominal distension in ICU.Methods 94 severe patients with abdominal distension in ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（treated with comprehensive nursing intervention）and the control group（treated with common nursing intervention）,and then the nursing effects of two groups were evaluated.ResultsThe abdominal distension duration,frequency of bowel sounds,anxiety self-assessment scale scores and depression self rating scale score in the observation group were more than these in the control group.The incidence of abdominal distension related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively shorten the abdominal distension time,increase the degree of active bowel sounds,reduce the patients＇ negative mood and relieve the negative emotion in ICU.
