摘要
功能性腹泻是临床常见病,属中医泄泻范畴,病因多责之脾,但亦和心、肺、肝、肾密切相关,本文试从五脏气机方面详细论述功能性腹泻发生机理,广发思路,为临床泄泻辨证施治提供借鉴。
Functional diarrhea is common in clinic, belongs to Xiexie in TCM, and the pathogen is related to Pi, but also related to Xin, Fei, Gan, Shen. In this paper, mechanism of functional diarrhea was summarized from Wuzang Qiji differentiation, in order to provide reference for clinic.
