摘要
减速器是矿用机械的重要组成部分,特别是在连续采煤机上。针对连续采煤机截割减速器试验过程中出现的温度超高现象,分析故障原因,提出了改进意见,合理分配了传动比,提高散热效果,最后降低减速器的工作温度,提高了减速器的使用性能。
Gearbox is an important part of miner machine, especially on continuous miner. The paper aimed at high temperature phenomenon of cutting gearbox of continuous miner, analysing breakdown reasons; giving improving suggestion, assign transmission ratio reliably. improving effect of heat radiation In the end, reduce work temperature of gearbox, improving application function of gearbox.
