硼素对甜菜内源激素的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 优化利用高效液相色谱法测定甜菜叶片中IAA、GA3、ZT、ABA 4种内源激素的条件,研究不同硼浓度下4种内源激素含量及比例的变化,为甜菜生产实践提供理论支持。以甜菜单粒种HI0099为试验材料,在室内水培条件下,设置十分缺乏、缺乏、适量及过量硼营养浓度,利用高效液相色谱法,对甜菜叶片中IAA、GA3、ZT、ABA进行测定,分析各激素含量变化与硼处理浓度之间的关系。结果表明,随着硼浓度的增加,甜菜叶片内IAA、GA3、ZT的含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,ABA含量随着硼浓度的增加表现为先降低然后升高的趋势。缺硼和硼毒害胁迫都会使甜菜叶片中IAA、GA3、ZT含量降低,同时使ABA含量升高,IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA、ZT/ABA比值降低。缺乏胁迫情况下,硼素营养水平与甜菜叶片ZT/ABA比值之间呈现显著正相关(r=0.866^(*));硼素毒害胁迫情况下,硼素营养与植株叶片ABA含量呈显著正相关(r=0.958^(*)),与ZT/ABA比值呈显著负相关(r=-0.915^(*))。综合分析说明,硼素改变了甜菜叶片激素的含量及平衡关系,可以通过大田试验验证和利用外源植物生长调节剂来调控植物内源激素平衡最终缓解甜菜硼胁迫影响。 The study optimized the condition of using high performance liquid chromatography to determinatethe endogenous hormones IAA,GA3,ZT and ABA of sugar beet.The objective of the study was to demonstratethe effects of different treatments of boron concentration on endogenous hormones content and proportions andto provide a strong support in theory for sugar beet production practice.The test materials were sugar beetmonogerm HI0099,by the method of water culture,the test set acute deficient,deficient,moderate andexcessive concentrations of boron nutrition conditions.Then content of hormones in the leaves of sugar beetwere determined by HPLC.The results showed that,with boron concentration added,the content of IAA,GA3 and ZT increased at first and then decreased,ABA content changed in the contrary way.Lacking of boron andboron poison stress could make the content of IAA,GA3 and ZT decrease and the content of ABA increase atthe same time.Lacking of boron,boron nutrition level and sugar beet ZT/ABA had significantly positive correlation(r=0.866^(*)),under poison stress of boron,boron nutrition had significantly positive correlation(r=0.958^(*))with plant leaf ABA content,and significant negative correlation(r=-0.915^(*))with ratio ZT/ABA.Thecomprehensive analysis showed that boron changed the hormone levels and balance of sugar beet leaves.Wecould control the plant endogenous hormone balance through field test and use exogenous plant growthregulator to relieve the boron stress eventually.
