摘要
高职酒店管理专业人才培养课程体系包括培养目标确定、课程设置、教学实施和考评机制建立等。课程设置是实现人才培养目标的关键因素,课程设置不合理就无法实现高职酒店管理专业人才培养目标。高职酒店管理专业必须对课程设置现状进行调查,发现其中存在的问题,并基于市场导向优化课程设置,以最终实现高职酒店管理专业人才培养目标。
Higher vocational hotel management professional talent training course system includes training target, curriculum,teaching and assessment mechanism etc. The curriculum is the key factor to realize training target, and the unreasonable curriculum cannot realize the talents training goal of higher vocational hotel management major. The major must investigate the current situation of the course, find out problems, and optimize the curriculum based on market orientation, to finally realize the talents training goal of higher vocational hotel management major.
