Research on the Influence of Entrepreneurs' Prior Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Performance——The Moderating Effects of Entrepreneurial Learning

摘要以西安高新技术开发区165家新创企业的调研数据为依据,探索创业者的先前知识对创业绩效的作用,检验探索性学习和应用性学习的调节作用。结果显示:创业者先前产品/技术知识和顾客/市场知识均与创业绩效之间存在倒U型的关系,这两者的交互作用与创业绩效正相关;创业学习调节了产品/技术知识、顾客/市场知识与创业绩效的关系。 With 165 surveys collected from start-up entrepreneurs in Entrepreneurship Research and Development Park in Xi＇an,this paper explores the role of prior knowledge,testes the moderatiog effects of explorative learning and exploitative learning. Results show that： prior knowledge and entrepreneurial performance have an inverse U relationship,the interactes of different kind of prior knowledge is positively related to entrepreneurial performance; entrepreneurial learning moderates the relationship between product / technology knowledge,customer / market knowledge and performance.
