摘要
目的 探讨Ilizarov骨延长技术治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺早闭导致的马德隆畸形的疗效.方法 2011年10月至2013年12月,对5例儿童桡骨远端骨骺闭合合并腕关节畸形患者,应用Ilizarov环形外固定架固定并桡骨远端截骨延长技术进行治疗.结果 5例桡骨短缩畸形均得到矫正,术后随访2- 18个月,桡尺远侧关节稳定,截骨部位愈合良好,腕关节屈曲、背伸活动良好,旋转功能良好,手指活动良好,无不良并发症.结论 Ilizarov骨延长技术治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺早闭导致的马德隆畸形是一种较为可靠有效的方法,损伤小,并发症少.
Objective To investigate the treatment outcomes of lhzarov bone lengthening technique in Madelung＇s deformity in children caused by distal radius premature epiphyseal closure.Methods From October 2011 to December 2013,five cases with Madelung＇s deformity caused by premature epiphyseal closure of the radius were treated with Ilizarov circular external fixator and distal radius osteotomy and distraction osteogenesis.Results Radial shortening deformity was corrected in all 5 patients.At a follow-up of 2 to 18 months,all the distal radioulnar joints appeared to be stable.Satisfactory concrescence was acquired at the site of osteotomy.Improved range of motion in both flexion/extension and pronation/supination of the wrist joint was observed.Finger movement was not affected.There were no adverse complications.Conclusion Ilizarov bone lengthening technique is a reliable and effective treatment for Madelung＇s deformity caused by premature epiphyseal closure of the radius in children.It causes little tissue damage and very few complications.
