摘要
职业素养是指在职业过程中表现出来的综合品质,包含职业道德、职业技能、职业行为习惯和职业意识等方面。职业素养是企业在人才招聘过程中衡量应聘者的主要标准和尺度。在此以辽宁省内高职营销专业学生为调查对象进行广泛的调查研究,对目前高职营销专业学生在职业素养方面的现状进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以提高营销专业学生的就业竞争力。
Professional quality refers to the comprehensive quality shown in the process of work; it contains professional ethics, professional skills, professional behavior and professional consciousness, etc. Professional quality is the main criteria and scale to measure the candidates for enterprise recruitment. Here it carries out the extensive investigation and study among marketing students of Liaoning higher vocational colleges, analyses the current position of students' professional quality, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the employment competitiveness of marketing students.
