摘要
主体适合教学以马克思主义人学理论、协同学和群体动力学为理论来源,以教师与学生为主体,以提高师生的适合度为方式,以整体和谐、个性发展为核心,构建师生学习共同体、确立发展性学习目标、整合开放性课程资源、打造互动性学习过程、经营生态化学习环境、实施多元化学习评价等策略,强调主体性发展、协同性发展、个性化发展,是解决当前教学失衡问题的有效途径,具有较强的现实意义。
Based on Marxist human studies, synergy theory and group dynamics, the subject adaptability teaching has taken the teacher and student as the subject, the fitness between the teacher and student as the method and the overall harmony and personality development as the core. What is more, a number of strategies such as the combination of teacher and student in study, setting the development-oriented learning target, integrating the resource of open courses, building the interactive learning process, establishing the ecological learning environment as well as implementing the diversified learning evaluation have been also proposed. It is also of great practical significance to emphasize the subjective development, synergy development and personalized development, which is also known as an effective solution to the existing problem of teaching imbalance.
