摘要 基础和临床研究已发现,抑郁症和2型糖尿病共病发生率高,病情复杂,且增加了临床抑郁症和糖尿病治疗护理的难度,两者间既相互影响,又互为危险因素,但机制目前仍不确定。本文综述了糖尿病与抑郁症共病的可能机制、相互影响及治疗方面的研究进展,旨在突出两者的相关性,为临床个体化诊断及治疗提供理论依据。 Basic and clinical researches have shown that diabetes mellitus is commonly coexisting with depression, and the symptoms of the comorbidity are quite complicated, thus increasing the difficulty in the treatment and nursing for both of them in clinical practice. These two diseases interact with each other, and one is risk factor for another at the same time. What’s more, the mechanism underlying their relationship remains unclear. The paper reviewed the possible mechanism of the comorbidity of diabetes and depression, their mutual influence and research progress in their treatment, and aimed to highlight the relevance between them, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical individualized diagnosis and treatment.
