摘要
以常见的罩壳压铸件为例,应用MAGMA模拟软件,采用流体流动模拟分析和凝固补缩模拟分析,对罩壳的卷气夹杂和缩孔缩松这两种缺陷进行了预测。利用Visual C++编制了图像处理程序,对卷气夹杂和缩孔缩松这两种缺陷的数值大小进行了量化。量化之后的结果,能为后期优化产品的铸造工艺设计和保证产品质量提供了有力的依据。
For example common cover die casting, apply to the MAGMA simulation software, using to the fluid flow simulation analysis and solidification analysis, the two defects which is the air entrapment and porosity shrinkage of the cover is forecasted. Using Visual C + + image processing program,have made quantitative the numerical size of air entrapment and porosity shrinkage. After quantitative results, optimize the casting process design of production, ensure the quality of products provides a strong basis.
