瘤胃源菌粉对雪山鸡生长性能、屠宰性能与激素分泌的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Bacteria Powder Seperated from Rumen on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Hormone Secretion in Xueshan Chicken

摘要 为研究瘤胃源益生菌菌粉(BPR)对雪山鸡生长性能、屠宰性能与激素分泌的影响,选择1日龄健康雪山鸡234只,公母各半,随机分成3组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1% BPR.结果表明,1~20日龄时,与对照组相比,试验1、2组平均日采食量极显著降低(P<0.01);20~42日龄时,与对照组相比,试验1组平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),平均日增重试验1、2组显著升高(P<0.01),饲料转化率显著降低(P<0.01);1~42日龄时,与对照组相比,试验1、2组平均日采食量分别降低1.63%(P<0.01)、0.80%(P<0.05),平均日增重显著升高(P<0.01),饲料转化率显著降低(P<0.01);公鸡屠宰率显著提高(P<0.01),公母合并试验2组提高2.60%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验2组四碘甲酰原氨酸(T4)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),胰岛素(Ins.)含量显著升高(P<0.05).综上,BPR能显著改善雪山鸡血清中T4和胰岛素水平及其生长和屠宰性能. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of bacteria powder separated from rumen (BPR) on growth performance,slaughter performance and hormone secretion in Xueshan chicken. A total of 234 one-day-age Xueshan chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups, in which the male and female were 50% respectively. The control group were fed with basal diets. The experimental group 1,2 were fed with basal diets supplement with 0.5%,1% BPR respectively. The results showed that compared with control group,average daily feed intake at 1 to 20 days of age was significantly decreased (P〈0.O1)for group 1 and 2;At 20 to 42 days of age,average daily feed intake of experiment group 1 decreased significantly (P〈0.05),the average daily gain of experimental group 1 and 2 were sig- nificantly increased (P〈0.01)and the feed conversion ratio decreased significantly (P〈0.01);At 1 to 42 days of age, compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of group 1 and 2 decreased by 1.63% (P〈0.01),0.80% (P〈0.05) respectively, the average daily gain of experimental group 1 and 2 increased significantly (P〈0.01) and the feed conversion ratio decreased significantly (P〈0.01);For the slaughter rate,male of experimental group 1 and 2 increased significantly(P〈0.01),the merger of experimental group 2 increased by 2.60% (P〈0.05);The endogenous hormones T4 and Ins. of experimental group 2 increased by 43% (P〈0.01),22.02%(P〈0.05),respectively. Above all,BPR could significantly increase the hormone T4 and Ins. concentration levels,growth performence and slaughter performence of Xueshan chicken.
