摘要
以陕北野生山丹丹为试材,采用不同浓度的烯效唑(S3307)浸泡种球并结合喷施处理,研究S3307对盆栽山丹丹营养生长和生殖生长的影响。结果表明,S3307使山丹丹株型明显矮化、直径增粗、叶长缩短、叶片加宽、叶色加深,提高了观赏价值;不同浓度S3307处理使山丹丹出芽、现蕾、透红、盛花时间提前;随着处理浓度的增加,不同程度地缩短了山丹丹的花期。综合研究认为,S3307 20 mg·L-1处理效果最佳。
Effects of S3307 on vegetative and reproductive growth of potting lily （Lilium pumilum） were studied by wild lily （Lilium pumilum）bulbs in northern shaanxi which were treated by different concentration of S3307.The result showed that S3307 could make it dwarf, diameter enlargement, leaves shortening , widening and darken.The bulbs of Lilium pumilum treated with S3307 could make it ahead of budding, squaring,rosy and flowering. With the increase of concentration, it＇s flowering period shortened in varying de- grees.Taken together, the studies suggest that 20 mg·L^-1 S3307treatment was best.
