摘要
实践教学质量的不断提高是地方应用型人才培养的重要环节,构建科学有效的实践教学体系是保证实践教学质量的必要条件。构建实践教学体系需要以人才培养为导向,合理制定人才培养方案;坚持产学研合作,完善校企合作办学模式;更新实践教学理念,改进教学方式;加强实践教学师资建设,提高实践教学水平。
The quality of practice teaching is an important link to the local application talents cultivation, and to build effective scientific practice teaching system is the essential condition to ensure the quality of teaching practice. The construction of practice teaching system needs talent cultivation oriented, establishing reasonable training plan. Adhering to cooperation, improving the school and enterprise cooperation mode, updating teaching ideas, improving teaching methods, strengthening the practice teaching and construction of teachers, improving the practice teaching level are required.
