摘要
运用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和带能谱仪的扫描电镜及反光显微镜等方法研究了内蒙古锡林热电厂燃煤中矿物质的特性。结果表明,该动力褐煤中矿物含量占煤中显微组分的19%左右,主要矿物为粘土矿物,其次为碳酸盐、氧化物矿物及少量硫化物矿物等,镶嵌在丝质相中粘土燃烧后依然保持类丝炭形貌,腐殖体中矿物质以聚集状或细粒分散状分布。燃烧残渣主要分为飞灰和炉渣,其中含有莫来石,石英,红柱石等,炉渣与飞灰在成分上、形貌上存在较大区别,炉灰颗粒较大,具有明显的中空结构和清晰的莫来石晶体,飞灰主要呈球形颗粒,袋收尘中少量物质熔融。
Characteristics of the inorganic compounds (mineral) in the Shengli lignite and ashes was studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer (SEM-EDX) and reflecting microscope. The mineral in lignite was about 19% of all maceral, the dominant type of minerals in lignite was clay with secondary carbonate and oxide minerals followed by small amount of pyrite and other minerals. The clay can preserve its shape as fusinitic coal, the mineral in xyloid coal was to gather or fine dispersed distribution. There were lot of Al_6Si_2O_13, SiO_2, CaO · 2Al_2O_3, SiO_2, Fe_2O_3 in fly ash and bottom slag. There was a big difference in Slag and fly ash on composition and morphology. The Slag particles were larger, with a hollow structure obvious and clear mullite crystal, fly ash mainly showed spherical particles, a small amount of material in dust bag was molten particles.
