摘要
肿瘤是一种威胁人类健康的重大疾病。研究发现,肿瘤的发生和发展是基于分子水平上癌基因(oncogenes)的激活和抑癌基因(anti-oncogene)的失活所致。基因突变分析对于肿瘤诊断和预后至关重要。早期诊断被认为是提高癌症病人治愈率,降低其死亡率最有效的途径。外周血循环肿瘤核酸中可检测到与肿瘤细胞一致的基因突变。这些基因突变的检测可以为肿瘤的分期及药物的治疗疗效和预后提供丰富的信息。因此,外周血循环肿瘤DNA突变检测为肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供了新的研究方向和领域。
Tumor is a major threat to human health. Recent studies showed that oncogenesis were on account of the activation of oncogene and the inactivation of tumor suppressor gene at the molecular level. Gene mutation analysis is crucial in the diagnosis and prognosis of tumor. Early diagnosis has been proved to be the most effective way to improve the survival rates and decrease the mortality of cancer patients. Tests showed that gene mutations in the circulating tumor in peripheral blood were the same as what in tumor cells. The detection of these gene mutations may provide abundant information for the staging of tumor and the rapeutic effect and prognosis of drug. Hence, detecting of tumor-associated mutation in circulatory DNA in peripheral blood provides new direction for tumor early-stage diagnosis and therapy.
