摘要
目的：探讨实时荧光定量 PCR（FQ-PCR）检测乙型肝炎病毒 DNA 在临床诊断中的价值．方法：对我院收治的190例乙型肝炎病毒感染患者的血清提取 DNA，采用实时荧光定量 PCR 检测血清中 HBV-DNA，ELISA 法测定 HBV 血清标记物．结果：FQ-PCR 检测的灵敏度和重复性良好，111例HBeAg（＋）／HBeAb（－）标本中 FQ-PCR 均呈阳性，HBV-DNA拷贝数1．04×107／mL，67例 HBeAg（－）／HBeAb（＋）标本中，阳性率为58．2％，12例 HBeAg（－）／HBeAb（－）标本中，阳性率为33．3％．结论：实时荧光定量 PCR 可以实现准确定量检测 HBV-DNA，可使诊断更准确，治疗更合理．
AIM：To explore the value of the real-time fluores-cence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR）in clini-cal detecting heptitis B virus （HBV）DNA.METHODS：The sera from 190 patients were measured by FQ-PCR,and the plas-ma markers were detected by ELISA.RESULTS：The detection sensitivity and reproducibility of FQ-PCR are excellent.There were 111 patients that the FQ-PCR results of HBeAg（＋）/HBe-Ab（-）samples were positive,with 1.04 ×107 /mL of HBV-DNA copy on the average.In the 67 patients＆#39;HBeAg（-）/HBe-Ab（＋） samples,the positive rate was 58.2%.In the 12 patients＆#39;HBeAg（-）/HBeAb（-）samples,the positive rate was 33.3%.CONCLUSION：FQ-PCR can ensure the accurate and quantitative HBV-DNA detection,accurate diagnosis and reasona-ble treatment.
