水下航行器电池舱段温度场数值模拟 被引量:4

A numerical simulation on temperature field in battery compartment of an underwater vehicle

摘要 针对水下航行器电池舱段中电池组的发热问题,建立了电池舱段热量传递控制方程,利用ANSYS Workbench13.0软件仿真分析电池舱段温度场分布情况和电池舱段内部电池组模块温度随时间的变化关系。结果显示:水下航行器航速不会影响电池舱段温度场分布,单体电池放电电流和传热介质导热率是影响电池舱段温度场分布的主要因素。 Aiming at the problem of heat generation on the battery packs in battery compartment of an underwater vehicle, the control equation of heat transfer in battery compartment was established. The temperature distribution in battery compartment and the temperature-time curves of the battery packs in battery compartment were simulated by adopting ANSYS Workbench 13.0 software. The test results indicate that the underwater vehicle speed will not influence the temperature distribution in battery compartment and the temperature distribution in battery compartment is mainly influenced by the discharging current of battery cell and the thermal conductivity of medial.
