负极氧化铝涂层对锂离子电池电性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of anode electrode with alumina oxide coating on electrical performance of lithium ion batteries

摘要 在锂离子电池负极表面涂覆氧化铝陶瓷涂层,将其组装成Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2/C-Al2O3涂层体系锂离子电池,并对其倍率性能及循环性能展开研究。通过润湿角、X射线衍射(XRD)、交流阻抗(EIS)及扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法对循环前后负极片的物相组成和微观形貌等进行了表征。研究结果表明,循环后的负极表面氧化铝颗粒形貌尺寸没有发生改变,负极界面稳定。 Lithium ion batteries(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2/C-Al2O3) with LNCMO cathode and graphite anode coated with aluminum oxide powder were assembled and studied in this paper. Wetting angle, XRD, EIS and SEM were hired to investigate the phase composition and microstructure of negative electrodes before and after cycles. The results show that there is no obvious change in the topography and particle size of the alumina oxide on the surface of negative electrode after cycles, negative interfacial stability.
