摘要
根据益阳市的实际情况,以污泥处置方式决定处理工艺为原则,综合分析了调理压榨干化技术和污泥增钙热干化技术,建议采用污泥增钙热干化后进行水泥窑协同处置的污泥处理处置方案,可有效解决益阳市污泥处理处置的问题,并可达到将污泥资源化利用的目的。
According to the actual situation in Yiyang City, sludge squeezing and drying technology and sludge lime drying technology were analyzed comprehensively with the principle that sludge disposal technology determines sludge treatment process. The proposed scheme was sludge lime drying technology followed by sludge disposal in the production of cement clinker. This scheme could effectively solve the problem of sludge treatment and disposal in Yiyang City and achieve the goal of comprehensive sludge utilization.
