摘要
因离子膜电解槽单元槽压增加到3.40 V且离子膜上小孔增加,同时重涂电极和换离子膜。比较了4个不同企业重涂电极后的运行数据,选择甲公司重涂第1期装置的电极,乙公司重涂第2期装置的电极。针对重涂和换膜过程中出现的盐水加料管腐蚀和个别半壳导电筋泄漏问题,分析原因并给出处理办法。重涂电极并换离子膜后,单元槽电压平均降低约300 m V,交流电耗降低约200 k W·h/t。
Electrodes were recoated and ion-exchange membranes were replaced because the unit cell voltage of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers rose to 3. 40 V and the number of holes on membrane increased. The running data of electrodes recoated by four companies respectively were compared. The electrodes recoated by company A for the phase one facility,and the electrodes recoated by company B for the phase two facility were selected. Problems occurred during recoating electrodes and replacing membranes,such as corrosion of brine feeding pipe,and leakage of conductive ribs of some units.Causes of these problems were analyzed and solutions were put forward. After electrodes were recoated and membranes were replaced, the unit cell voltage decreased averagely by about 300 m V, and alternating current consumption decreased by about 200 k W·h / t.
