摘要
分别由甲、乙两个公司将离子膜电解槽改造成膜极距槽。改造后,不同厂家改造的电解槽分别使用X、Y离子膜,对比运行数据,发现:X膜的膜阻较小,膜压降低;Y膜的膜阻较大,膜压降较高;甲公司改造的膜极距槽整体质量较高,其阳极涂层配方略差;乙公司改造的膜极距槽节电性能略差,但阳极涂层配方较好。
Ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers were remodeled into membrane-thickness electrodedistance ones by company A and B respectively. The remodeled electrolyzers used ion-exchange membrane X and Y. The running data showed:( 1) membrane X had small resistance and low voltage drop;( 2) membrane Y had big resistance and high voltage drop;( 3) the electrolyzers remodeled by company A had good overall quality,but its anode coating performance was poor slightly;( 4) the electrolyzers remodeled by company B had little poor electricity-saving effect,but its anode coating performance was better.
