双钢板置入延期治疗C型Pilon骨折患者的效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察治疗C型Pilion骨折患者双钢板置入延期的效果。方法:选择24例C型Pilion骨折患者,所有患者都采用双钢板置入延期治疗,在置入钢板前后行CT三维重建,观察患者的临床疗效,是否出现并发症,采用Johner-Wruhs评分系统评估疗效。结果:24例C型Pilion骨折患者恢复情况符合Johner-Wruhs评分标准。结论:采用双钢板置入的方法延期治疗C型Pilion骨折,使钢板的内固定结实,骨折部位复位正常,关节功能的恢复情况良好,产生的并发症少,值得临床推广。
