无模铸型制作技术在汽车铸件开发中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了3种典型无模铸型制造技术的原理及特点。以某发动机缸盖新产品开发过程为例,阐述了无模铸型制作技术在组芯造型工艺中的应用,还介绍了无模铸型制作技术与熔模铸造相结合的工艺以及在石膏型和陶瓷型铸造中的应用。生产验证表明,无模铸型制作技术用于单件及小批量生产的铸件,生产周期可比传统工艺缩短40%~80%,生产成本可降低30%~60%,并且消除在试验阶段因零件结构更改而使模具作废的风险。利用激光选区烧结与直接铸型加工相结合并配合少量塑料芯盒的方法进行铸件新产品试制,四缸缸体、缸盖等复杂铸件的首件开发周期可缩短至10~15天,一般壳体及进排气管类铸件的首件开发周期可缩短至3~7天。 The principle and characteristics of three typical pattern-less mould-making technique was introduced. Taking the development process of a new engine cylinder head as example,the application of the pattern-less mould-making technique in cores-assembling mould-making process was described,as well as,the process of combing pattern-less mould-making technique and investment casting technique and its usage in plaster mould casting and ceramic mould casting was introduced.The practice showed that when using pattern-less mould-making technique for the single-piece production or for small batch production,the production cycle could be shortened by 40%~80%,the production cost could be reduced by 30%~60%,and the risk that the pattern tooling would be scrapped due to the configuration change of the part in the sample trial making stage was avoided. The development of new complex engine castings was carried out by combining the selective laser sintering and the direct mould making,as well as plus a little plastic core boxes,the result showed that,for 4-cylinder block and cylinder head,the development cycle of the first piece could be reduced to 10 ~15 days,and for the general case casting,inlet and exhaust manifolds,the development cycle could be reduced to 3~7 days.
