摘要
介绍了中频感应电炉炉衬失效的分类,分析了影响炉衬使用寿命的因素是炉衬耐火材料、炉渣、不洁净的废钢和回炉料、聚渣剂、合金元素的氧化、钢液在高温的停留时间、电炉作业制度,提出了提高炉衬寿命的措施是合理的选用耐火材料、炉衬材料的粒度配比、炉衬材料粘结剂、坩埚模的制作、烘炉和烧结、熔炼操作、炉衬的维护等,通过近几年的试验研究和实践,中频感应电炉熔炼铸钢的炉衬寿命已由30~40炉提高到60炉以上,大多数炉次达到了80炉以上。
The category of failure causes of medium frequency induction furnace lining was introduced. The factures which affect the lining life were analyzed. They were refractory materials,slag,impure scrap and recycled material,polyethylene slag agents,oxidation of alloying elements,steel liquid residence time at high temperature and furnace operation system. Measures to improve the lining working life was presented. They were choosing reasonable refractory material,the granularity of the furnace lining materials,binder of lining,crucible mold,ovens and sintering,smelting operation and lining maintenance.According to the experimental research and practice in recent years,the working life of medium frequency induction furnace lining had been extended from 30~40 times to above 60. Mostly,it's above 80 times.
