摘要
研究了Si-Ba孕育剂量对球墨铸铁石墨形态、球化率及力学性能的影响,研究方法是在原铁液化学成分、球化剂种类及加入量、浇注温度、孕育方法、浇注时间及二次孕育等都不变的情况下,改变随流孕育剂的种类。试验结果表明:(1)合理控制Si-Ba孕育剂的用量能有效改善球墨铸铁的石墨形态,为了保证孕育效果,si-Ba孕育剂的加入量应控制在0.3%~0.5%;(2)在保证产品质量的前提下,减少si-Ba使用量方案的实施,节约了生产成本。
The effect of the Si-Ba inoculant amount on the graphite type,spheroidization rate and mechanical properties performance of ductile iron was studied. The stream inoculation was the main factor in this paper,and the other factors like chemical composition of molten iron, the type and amount of inoculation, pouring temperature, inoculation process and pouring time were remain. The results indicate that reasonable control the amount of Si-Ba inoculant was an effective way to improve the ductile graphite morphology. The amount of Si-Ba should be controlled at 0.3% to 0.5%. Reducing the amount of Si-Ba could save production costs while maintain the product quality.
